Almost missed our flight due to them taking an hour to pick the car up.On return I called them at 2:25am, after several calls and ridiculous answers of we will be there in 5 minutes, they turned up at 4am.NOT THE WORST PART. My car was damaged on the front drivers side, paint work all scratched (have a quote for repairs £1000)I took all video evidence at pick up and drop off, sent all details to them straight away to both email addresses and called several times, surprise surprise no response what so ever.They clocked up 45 miles and used quarter of a tank of petrol (least of my problems)Stansted airport, shame on you for allowing such a scam company to operate on your property
