The worst company I have ever used in my life. Kept getting alerts whilst on my holiday that my vehicle alarm was going off and my vehicle was left unlocked. Called company numerous times to be given false promises that I would be called back with an update which never happened. Then finally found out my key had been de activated which they accused me of doing. My vehicle was left unlocked with a window open all week. I went to the lock up to collect my car with my spare key and it is not secure at all. I was there for about 30 minutes wondering around looking for my car and nobody approached me to ask what I was doing. I was made promises by the company that I would be receiving a full refund and compensation for the trouble I had to go through, I sent an email as I was told but haven’t heard anything back. I also called the complaints phone number and I was not surprised to be greeted by someone who didn’t care one bit just like the guys I spoke to whilst on my holiday. Terrible terrible service. Avoid at all costs.
