If I could leave a minus I would ! DO NOT USE ! They take your car . Then they use your car .. siphon your petrol .. leave you stranded at the airport for 3.5 hours when u land … then , if that isn’t enough , they turn up and tell u your car won’t start and it’s your problem . You then have to find where your car is to discover they have done something to your battery ( as jump point covers on battery were open once we finally got into bonnet after having to come back the next day and pay £170 for a locksmith to break into your car) The locksmith said he’s been there multiple times were they break people’s keys and disable their cars and they do nothing about it . Oh , and to top it off , they threaten you that you can’t leave your ( disabled locked ) car there or they will get rid of it ! They said I had a couple of hours to get it sorted . We landed at 1.30am ..finally got to my car outside of Stansted at 4.40 . RAC said they would be 2-3 hours . I had children ( one had food poisoning and just wanted to get home ) so had to pay for an uber home and then pay again to get back to meet lock smith next day . They should be struck off . Police were sympathetic but hands are tied . I’ve never experienced anything like it in my life . They deserve to be locked up !
