I was extremely disappointed with this parking service. Firstly, during the booking process it was very unclear that an additional £20 fee would be charged. This only became evident when I received the confirmation email. While searching for prices, this extra cost was not stated clearly at all — it was hidden in small, faint text that I had to specifically click into. Had I known about this fee upfront, I would definitely have chosen another company.
The drop-off procedure was also rushed and unclear, but the worst part came on our return. The instructions stated that we should call after collecting all our luggage and completing all airport procedures, and that the car would be returned within 30 minutes. That is exactly what I did. However, when I called, I was told the car would arrive in 45 minutes.
At Stansted Airport, the layout does not allow you to wait inside, so I had to stay outside with my child. After 45 minutes the car still hadn’t arrived. I kept calling repeatedly and was told each time that it would be “another 10 minutes.” In the end, we waited 1 hour and 40 minutes in total — outside, lightly dressed, with a child, at 10 p.m., after a long flight.
Absolutely terrible service. I do not recommend this company.
