I placed an order through a platform for Christmas, and both the platform and I have tried to contact support, but assistance is practically non-existent! Now I have to cancel my order, and my son won't receive the Christmas gifts he asked for! All I wanted was a shipping date, and they didn’t have time to support their customer base. Very disappointing!
