Disappointing support experience

I placed an order through a platform for Christmas, and both the platform and I have tried to reach out for support, but getting assistance is nearly impossible! Now I have to cancel my order, and my son won't receive the Christmas gifts he wanted! I just needed a shipping date, yet there was no support. This is a very disappointing way to treat a customer!

Frustrating experience with support

My order is currently held at USPS awaiting payment for postage. I paid for shipping with my order, but the company did not cover the postage to send it to me.

I placed an order on September 9, and as of October 13, I still haven't received it. There's no phone number to reach customer service. I would not order from them again!

Quality not worth the price

I just received my board shorts and I'm not satisfied. The quality is below my expectations; they feel like a $10-$15 product priced at over $50. Additionally, the sizing is completely off compared to other brands I own. Overall, I'm disappointed with this purchase.

The customer service is lacking. I returned a white hat, and it took two weeks to process my return, only for them to send me a navy blue hat instead. I ended up paying for something I did not order. I won't buy from them again.
