Customer service was very good

Customer service was very good. I ordered wrong bucket hat and wanted an exchange. They were very accommodating. I did have to send a 2nd email inquiring where my replacement was. Received email back and said sorry for the delay and it went out in mail at that point. But appreciate the easy Exchange policies and no charge to return. LOVE the hat.
