Steer VERY clear from this company. Had an order that was not delivered, sent an email to customer services, got an automated response, then never heard back from them after multiple attempts (both on social media and email to their site). Got on Live Chat, advertised to start at 9am EST, nothing picked up until 9:30 EST. Got this message from the live agent, followed by HER ENDING THE CHAT without me being able to respond. "According to what we have on file, the missing item for order XXXXX has been sent. The new order number is XXXXX. The order with your replacement is currently in transit". No tracking number so the link is useless.So, they replace the order, trying to make it look like they had been doing this all along but there is no tracking number because they JUST DID IT. And you "hang up" on the customer. Classy.
