In line with other recent reviews, this service failed to refund me the £1300 owed for a dress I returned. When I emailed them after almost 4 weeks without my refund (which I could track with UPS), they did not reply. A few days later, I messaged them via another platform but received no response. I raised a complaint through a payment service, and thankfully they found in my favor and refunded me. There was a separate issue when I initially tried to return the dress using the label provided. The parcel was sent back to me with 'credit cancelled' written on the box. When I contacted them about this, they claimed they couldn't understand why it happened and sent a different label. They seem eager to facilitate returns but getting your money back is another story. Annoyingly, I still see ads for them making them appear as a quality brand. Unfortunately, this is not the case. I would avoid.
