Possibly one of the worst shopping experiences...

Possibly one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. Ordered 4 items; 2 tops and 2 blazers in multiple sizes to check for fit. Followed up after 10 days to understand what was happening with the order. I was asked to reduce to 2 items because some were out of stock. I agreed and requested an immediate refund for the 2 cancelled items. Over a month later, I'm still waiting for the refund. The remaining two items I returned within 2 days of receiving them as unsuitable. Again, still waiting for a refund. No response to messages, calls, or emails. They have over £4000 of my money and nothing back from them. Unbelievably dishonest and frankly illegal. I am now pursuing a claim through the courts. DON'T ORDER!
