Terrible experience with this service...

Terrible experience with this service... they take your money. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years, always admired the brand. But this recent experience has been appalling. I placed a large order and returned some items worth £5000, well within their return window and policy. The courier confirmed delivery, and they acknowledged receipt over the phone — yet still no refund after a month. I’ve sent multiple emails and called numerous times (which they now avoid), and still nothing. At this point, it feels like they’ve stolen my money. Shocking service from a brand I once respected. Avoid at all costs.
