All the reviews you are reading are accurate. I ordered a dress from this service three weeks ago. I tried on a sample and was promised that a new one would be made to order, ready for pickup in my required timeframe. When I went today, the salesperson who scheduled my appointment was absent, and I was given the same sample I had tried on, which was dirty. They even claimed I had stepped on it! The representative who assisted me insisted that the dress only needed steaming and that the dirt would be removed during alterations. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge since I hadn’t taken anything from the showroom. She overheard the conversation about cutting off the dirt from the dress. I hope my credit card company will refund me, but it's been challenging to get anyone to respond. When I finally reached the salesperson, he mentioned his team was addressing the issue but couldn’t provide any details about who they were. AVOID THIS SERVICE! THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND DISHONEST.
