I have had building and contents and car insurance with Saga for many years. Now they refuse to give me buildings insurance on the basis I live in a flood risk area! According to the gov website I live in a low flood risk area. It would be impossible for my house to be flooded in it's location. I asked the underwriters to check but again they came back with flood risk postal code. No customer loyalty and flood risk assessment incorrect. Guess they just do not want my business anymore!
