SHOCK This company doubled the cost of my HOME INSURANCE on my DDI have BTL insurance I have tried many companies over the past 20 years and they may increase the cost a bit each yearif they can.. BUT Now I am going to have to phone up and ask WHY and can I have the extra money back despite my review Saga have not offered any further comment nor apology nothing .. Lazy about customer care I did telephone Saga Insurance and they told me no they just double the price on a roll over . and that they have their moneyI see they have not answered on Trust Pilot
