I had some money in Saga and wanted to add more but lost my pin number, so I phoned them and spoke to Sarah who was brilliant and had loads of patience with me as I couldn't work out how to complete getting back on my Saga account, I couldn't thank her enough as she talked me through every move until I finally achieved it which took me ages as im not good on that sort of thing.
