I am very dissatisfied with the customer support experience. Our system is down, which is already disruptive, but getting assistance has been nearly impossible. When I called for help, I was informed they were too busy and advised to try again later. On my next call, I was given a wait time of over an hour. The live chat experience was even worse; I waited for more than two hours without a response. When someone finally joined the chat, the language barrier made communication very challenging, and after all that waiting, my issue remained unresolved. For software that is essential to daily operations, this level of support is unacceptable. Downtime combined with inaccessible support results in lost time and money. The company urgently needs to enhance its customer service to be faster, clearer, and more effective.
