Just joined a business and needed to set up 2 factor security for myself.

Spent 30 minutes on hold to their general 0191 line and then tried the Sage assistant on their website. An absolute joke and basically lost 45 minutes of my day trying to get some answers but still looking

Very dissatisfied with the customer support experience.

I am very dissatisfied with the customer support experience. Our system is down, which is already disruptive, but getting assistance has been nearly impossible. When I called for help, I was informed they were too busy and advised to try again later. On my next call, I was given a wait time of over an hour. The live chat experience was even worse; I waited for more than two hours without a response. When someone finally joined the chat, the language barrier made communication very challenging, and after all that waiting, my issue remained unresolved. For software that is essential to daily operations, this level of support is unacceptable. Downtime combined with inaccessible support results in lost time and money. The company urgently needs to enhance its customer service to be faster, clearer, and more effective.

An excellent experience from start to finish!

My experience was as seamless as possible, from ordering the Cloud version to its implementation and migrating the backup. A representative assisted me and guided me through every step, getting everything up and running in less than the recommended hour! The support was incredibly kind, understanding, and knowledgeable!

Very disappointed with the service

Our business enrolled in the service, but the support has been profoundly disappointing. After difficulties canceling, we were charged again. Despite efforts, we finally got a refund, but were billed again the next month, with claims of no account while automatic billing continues. This situation has lasted 5 months. The support team has been unprofessional and unhelpful. I strongly advise staying away from this company!

Terrible experience with the service

Our business signed up for the service, but the support we received was incredibly disappointing. After struggling to cancel, we were still charged. It took significant effort to get a refund, yet we faced billing again the next month, despite claims of no account. This has been ongoing for 5 months. The support team has been rude and unhelpful. I would advise against using this company!
