I am extremely disappointed with the support I received regarding a serious fault with my coffee machine. The level of assistance has been completely unacceptable. After descaling, the machine started overheating, giving off a burning smell, and malfunctioning. It now struggles to heat properly. Despite providing all necessary details and following up multiple times, I’ve only received one response over a week. The live chat feature is also never available. For a premium-priced machine from a brand claiming to offer top support, this customer care level is unacceptable. I now have an expensive machine that feels unsafe and no clear options for repair or replacement. I advise others to reconsider purchasing from this company if after-sales support is important.
