Amina in customer services was superb today and for her I would give 5 stars.
I have rated 3 stars due to the often seen message on the Sage website 'Agent Offline' when needing to chat during advertised hours of availability.
There was a password issue which redirected me to Breville ?? The password re-set didn't work.
There was a problem trying to register the product, the drop down choices did not dropdown.
Very frustrating with an expensive purchase and off to a bad start.
WELL DONE AMINA YOU SAVED THE DAY!!

Anticipation for the coffee machine was rewarded

For years, I had my eye on a coffee machine that I truly wanted. While researching reviews to confirm its quality, I found a review site offering a discount. I took advantage of the link and saved £50.00 off the already reduced price of £300.00, bringing my total to £250.00. I decided to go for it, but after a few days without a dispatch email, I reached out to customer support. They informed me that dispatch typically takes 5-7 days, as advertised. Although the wait was longer than expected, the savings made it worthwhile. I could have opted for a next-day delivery at £299.00, but I felt the wait was justified for the £50.00 discount. The machine itself is amazing and has met all my expectations.

Dissatisfied with support – unsafe machine

I am very dissatisfied with the support regarding a significant issue with my coffee machine. The assistance has been inadequate. After descaling, it began overheating, emitting a burning smell, and malfunctioning. Despite providing detailed information and following up multiple times, I’ve only received one response. The live chat feature is also consistently unavailable. For a high-priced machine from a brand that claims to provide excellent support, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I am left with a costly machine that feels unsafe and no clear options for repair or replacement. I strongly recommend others to think carefully before purchasing from this company if after-sales support is a priority.

Incredible Machine & Exceptional Support

I’m truly enjoying my new coffee machine! Initially, I faced a minor issue with the grinding process, so I checked the burr for any blockages. When reassembling, I wasn't sure if it required one or two washers. I contacted the support team and spoke with a very kind representative who was incredibly patient and helpful. She followed up with an email detailing that only one washer is needed, guiding me through the process step-by-step. Whatever the issue was, it's now functioning perfectly, and I'm back to enjoying delicious cappuccinos. The machine is fantastic, and the support was equally impressive. Huge thanks to the representative for her kindness and expertise. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed with support

I am extremely disappointed with the support I received regarding a serious fault with my coffee machine. The level of assistance has been completely unacceptable.
