I have rated 3 stars due to the often seen message on the Sage website 'Agent Offline' when needing to chat during advertised hours of availability.
There was a password issue which redirected me to Breville ?? The password re-set didn't work.
There was a problem trying to register the product, the drop down choices did not dropdown.
Very frustrating with an expensive purchase and off to a bad start.
