Deceptive practices and unprofessional behavior. I went to get a surgery clearance for my spouse, who is about to undergo a serious procedure requiring dental clearance. They employed various tactics to extract as much money as possible for unnecessary treatments. They took images of every tooth and tried to convince us that my wife needed numerous costly procedures. I made it clear that we only needed a dental health evaluation for surgery clearance. This seemed to infuriate them. They called in another so-called "dentist," who was very rude and simply looked at my wife's teeth without any tools, declaring them all deeply infected and in need of extensive cleaning. They even claimed one tooth required extraction! At this point, we decided to leave, not wanting their questionable "services". A few days later, we saw a different, more experienced dentist who thoroughly examined my wife's dental health. To our relief, he found no infections, no need for any extractions, and he provided the necessary dental clearance for the surgery within 20 minutes. In conclusion, the individuals at this practice are engaging in dishonest practices that are truly concerning.
