We've had a Sagittarius tap in our bathroom for several years. A few weeks ago I noticed a small hole in the spout. I had assumed that our seven-year-old broke it (he has a reputation). I emailed Sagittarius Taps asking if I can buy just the spout so that I don't have to replace the whole thing. Got a prompt reply from David, who assured me that my son was innocent. He also sent out a replacement spout by overnight courier free of charge.Fantastic service from a trustworthy company. Next time we buy a tap, it'll be another Sagittarius.
