I cannot fault the excellent service provided by Dillan, and previously by Neil. I’ve been a customer for a long time, and I still remember how helpful Neil was about 6 years ago (he has since retired).
At the time, Sagittarius Taps didn't have the specific parts I required in stock. Instead of just turning me away, Neil went above and beyond by pointing me to another company's website that sold compatible parts. That kind of honesty and helpfulness is rare.
It's great to see that Dillan is carrying on that same high standard of service today. Highly recommended, 5 stars!

I've always appreciated Sagittarius for the quality of their products and their after-sales service but Dillan went over and above with my latest product query. he was "on it" right away and we soon sorted out my problem, thanks to him. The Sales and in particular the Technical department as the issue was passed on to them were exceptional. Communication was excellent and Dillan resolved the issue very quickly such that the part is arriving tomorrow.They couldn’t have been more helpful and it was exceptional to have such good customer service.
Dillan's timely responsive replies to my technical queries was great and the support was fantastic. As a small business we rely on building our reputation by responding quickly, we can only do this with the support of our suppliers. Sagittarius really delivered for us here. Thanks all involved
I contacted Sagittarius taps for some help (despite buying from a retailer) I spoke to Dillan and explained my problem. He offered to send out replacement parts ( to convert my full turn taps to 1/4 turn taps) free of charge!He also went to the effort of checking they would work.Sadly they did not so he could not send them out.He tried everything he could to help me, including offering to sell me a replacement set ( my retailer didnt have the item I needed).He spent ages trying to help me out.Brilliant service throughout
Installed 2 very nice showers 17 years ago, had a problem identifying the required replacement thermostatic cartridge. Contacted technical support sent some images. Dillian identified the part required, the cost and within 24 hours arranged payment and organised the parts to be despatched.The whole response, support and timeliness where faultless.
