I've been participating in surveys for years without much trouble, but recently, payment issues have arisen. Cards have been canceled without any notification after I received them. When I contacted support, they claimed it was due to the card not being activated. You would expect some communication about it, but that’s not the case. I always keep track of my cards, yet I had to reach out just to find out about the cancellation. This has happened again, and now I need to find someone competent enough to assist me. I suggest looking elsewhere.
