Service fails to compensate after completing studies...

The service does not provide payment after the studies are finished...they seem oblivious and keep saying they contacted the client. I've had issues with three studies, and they show no concern. Don't waste your time; they essentially take your information and effort without any reward.

Focus Group's Payment Issues Persist

Focus Group, previously known as Sago, continues to face the same problems highlighted in other reviews regarding their failure to issue payments for the 'rewards'. You invest your time and provide your insights, expecting compensation. However, they prolong the payment process unnecessarily. As of now, I have yet to receive the $200 'reward' for my contributions.

Frustrating delays in receiving payments

I used to enjoy participating in studies with the company, where payment was received promptly at the end. However, now it doesn't seem to matter if the study is in person or virtual; payments take an incredibly long time. I completed a study 11 weeks ago, and my incentive still shows 'processing'. Meanwhile, the company receives payments from their clients right away. It feels like they hold onto that money to earn interest, hoping participants will eventually give up on their payments. Waiting three months for a small amount of $100 is excessive, and I am unwilling to return to the facility unless payments are made in a timely manner.

Long-standing issues with payment

I've been participating in surveys for years without much trouble, but recently, payment issues have arisen. Cards have been canceled without any notification after I received them. When I contacted support, they claimed it was due to the card not being activated. You would expect some communication about it, but that’s not the case. I always keep track of my cards, yet I had to reach out just to find out about the cancellation. This has happened again, and now I need to find someone competent enough to assist me. I suggest looking elsewhere.

Decade-long member facing delays

As a member for over ten years, I've earned numerous rewards for my participation. However, lately, the delays in receiving these rewards have been unacceptable, taking months when other programs deliver in much shorter timeframes. I’m worried that I may never receive the hundreds of dollars in gift cards or rewards due to their deteriorating customer service and redemption process.

Payment process is frustratingly slow

I've invested time in these surveys, yet receiving my rewards feels nearly impossible. It has been over six weeks of waiting, and I constantly have to push for payment. I cannot recommend this survey service; there are far better options available. Avoid this company.

Time wasted with no compensation

I consistently invest my time and honesty into surveys, only to be informed afterward that I didn’t qualify. They already collected my demographic and honest responses. Customer service is nonexistent; my emails about these unfair practices go unanswered. I do not recommend this service. Consider finding a part-time job instead; this site is a waste of time.

Two months of waiting for payment

Participating in the survey was straightforward, and the location was convenient. However, I received my points the same day but have yet to see my payment, which is still processing. When I reached out for assistance, I was redirected to a support team that was unhelpful. I’ve informed recruiters to avoid involving me in any studies linked to this service because I refuse to deal with their payment issues anymore. Proceed with caution.
