Shortly after placing my online order, I realized I hadn’t been given the option for a gel or foam pad. I emailed them immediately asking to include it or cancel my order. I received no response. They confirmed my order, but I still got no reply to my earlier message. Today, the seat cover arrived without the pad. There's been no communication from them, and I can't find a way to return the product. Proceed with caution.
