Overall, it was a worthwhile upgrade.

I ordered a motorcycle seat from the website that was listed as compatible with a certain model. However, when it arrived, it didn’t fit and the quality was subpar. I contacted them immediately with photos and videos, but received no response. After following up, I noticed they changed the product description and removed my model from the compatibility list. I filed a dispute through my payment method, which ruled in my favor, but returning the item cost me $160 and I wasn’t refunded for that. If you're in the USA, it's not worth the risk due to the fitment issues, lack of response, and questionable website changes.
They were very accommodating until I placed my order and made the payment. After that, communication ceased regarding delivery. The first deadline was missed, and now it's been over a month with no updates. The second deadline seems unrealistic as well. They appear to mislead regarding delivery times by using the cheapest courier service. I will comment on the product quality once it arrives, if it does at all.

They confirmed my order, but I still got no reply to my earlier message. Today, the seat cover arrived without the pad. There's been no communication from them, and I can't find a way to return the product. Proceed with caution.
