I received a damaged item (clearly melted during shipping). I reached out to the support team for over two weeks without any response. There’s no direct number, just one email that goes unanswered. I eventually had to contact my credit card company to resolve the issue due to the lack of customer service. This was over a month ago, and I still haven’t heard back. It’s genuinely the worst customer experience I’ve ever had; I truly wonder how this company remains in business.
