Bought a carribean island sim for my week vacation. It didn’t work the entire time I was down there. Finally got home to service again, form the airport I messaged Saily support to ask for a refund and was told I needed to still be in the Carribean islands , call from there, and then I’d get a refund. Not sure how I could with NO sim/service!!
