Instore shopping fine, online shopping more trouble than it's worth. Our recent orders - Nectar price offers not applied, Nectar points offers not applied, 25% off 6 wines not charged corrctly when they fail to fulfil the full 6 wines order, out of date or short dated products, extremely poor support when you phone up to discuss the issues. No apologies or compensation either. I've spent more hours than I care to think when trying to rectify their errors on orders recently, the standards of their order checking before delivery exceptionally poor compared to the likes of Tesco, Waitrose, Asda and Morrisons. Checking the receipt amount to the order amount is hardly difficult and detailing any differences is just polite. Also, the info on Nectar prices and when they are valid until is pretty shoddy compared to Tesco's where it actually states "this offer is valid on orders from X date to Y date." Nice and clear, zero ambiguity. A real shame, because the items when or if you get them are generally fine and the Nectar prices good when they honour them!
Not easy to claim the free Sky VIP offers as no internet in store at Sainsburys Hazel Grove.
Petrol pumps - a few don't accept the Nectar card or issue a receipt, so necesary to go to the Help Desk in the shop.
