They don’t care if a few people get the shaft with their orders. Their emails are ALL AUTOMATED, there is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Still showing as processing 2 weeks later. Placed an order for a magazine after doing so a few months ago with no issues and have not heard back after paying. I’ve emailed too many times and NO RESPONSE, not even rude, just asking for an update. Look at the reviews and while it doesn’t happen for every order, the EXACT thing happens to multiple people. You are rolling the dice on a HUGE headache trying to get your purchase OR A REFUND. I had a great experience my first time buying from them, if you have as well count yourself lucky and avoid them in the future. You might get stuck with nothing.
