I'm experiencing the same frustrating issues as others have reported. The loafers I ordered took forever to arrive, look nothing like the photos, and are uncomfortably small. I was given a return address in China without a return label, while their website claims they're based in another location—very misleading. I've asked for a return label, but given the negative feedback, I doubt I’ll receive one. I guess I'll have to cut my losses. I won’t be purchasing from them again and advise others to be cautious with shopping ads on social media.
