The service promotes the "Valetta Orthopedic Leather Loafers" as a blend of quality craftsmanship and everyday comfort, featuring smooth leather and a cushioned sole for all-day wear. However, what I received was an imitation made of synthetic leather, which is not what was advertised. This feels like false advertising.
What a scam! My order took forever to arrive, and when it finally did, it looked nothing like what was advertised. The size was completely wrong, and when I asked for a refund, I was given the runaround. Eventually, I received an address that turned out to be nonexistent, followed by a return address in China at my own expense. I even checked the location on Google Maps, and there was a sheriff's car parked in front! Buyers, be cautious!

This company is NOT based in the US; it’s based in another country. Everything I ordered before checking reviews came from there, taking three weeks for delivery. The shoes I received look nothing like those on the website and are poorly made. When I requested a refund, I was told to return them to China at my expense, which would cost more than the shoes themselves. Even if I did that, I doubt I’d see a refund. I’m cutting my losses. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
I just received the loafers I ordered. It took about three weeks, and they are not as advertised. They feel very cheap, with plastic soles that don’t seem to be leather. I want to return them, but the return policy doesn’t accept items sold on discount. I doubt the shoes were ever worth the listed price, making them ineligible for returns. What a scam!
Regarding my order for women's loafers, I received them yesterday but they are too small. I ordered a specific size and received a much smaller one. I need to return these and get a replacement, but none of the emails I have seem to be working. I would appreciate guidance on how to return them.
