I made a purchase and faced issues with the product, which I detailed in my previous review. After three months of back-and-forth via email, I finally got my refund. However, despite their promise to cover return shipping, it was not included in my refund. I've sent them four emails about this issue, but I've received no response. A very disappointing experience for a first-time buyer. I would advise avoiding this company.
