I first heard of SK from Instagram, seeing their hoodies and duffle bags, and instantly fell in love with the designs. With what I’ve bought so far (mainly hoodies) all have fit well and are amazing quality and came faster than expected. 9.5/10, will definitely buy more soon.
It’s a good quality hoodie and arrived very quickly. However, the fit was small for a 2XL. Most 2XL hoodies give me more than enough room but this fit more closely to a tight XL. I won’t be able to wear it. I clocked the size so I’ll eat it. I would recommend making a note to customers about the fit or providing an obvious size chart for us Marines who don’t read good. I ordered a 2XL, but it was way too small, fitting more like a Large Tall. Even their sizing tool indicated I should be a Large. When I requested an exchange, they asked for photo proof of my purchase to confirm it wasn't worn, but refused to accept a return since I had tried it on and removed the tag. For a supposedly reputable company, this feels like policy theft; I expected fairer treatment. It's advisable to order two sizes up, as their clothing tends to run small. This has been the worst experience trying to get support from a company that behaves like a scammer. I won't be buying from them again.
I made a purchase and had issues with the product. After three months of emails, I finally received my refund, but despite their promise to cover return shipping costs, that amount was not included. I've sent four emails regarding this issue with no replies. My first experience as a buyer was disappointing, and I recommend avoiding this company.
I ordered shorts on November 29, 2025, hoping to receive them in time for Christmas. Now it's December 17, 2025, and I still haven't received them. They only informed me after I reached out that the item was on back order. I'm disappointed as they are supposed to be a reputable brand but failed to update their customers about the order status. The email response was vague and didn't provide an estimated restock date. They do ensure timely payment processing, though. Very disappointing.
I ordered a duffel bag for my son's birthday, expected to arrive by December 1, 2025. After checking tracking, I found it was marked as having an insufficient address. Despite providing the correct information, it was returned to sender. After multiple emails, I was told that nothing could be done once it was returned, and I would not receive my bag or a refund, which is unacceptable. The order was nearly $100.
