Absolutely horrible!! The worst customer service I've ever encountered in my entire life!! I spent $60 to order a Christmas gift for my Mom. I ordered it on Nov 29th. Long story short it never arrived. Phones FedEx and they told me saje had out too many labels on the package and it was returned to them. Have been calling for several days only to be on hold for so I had to hang up. I've now been on hold for 25 minutes and I hear someone picking up and just putting me on hold again. I've also messaged them twice. First I got a response saying they'd reply within 2 days (which they never did) so I messaged ago and included the new info I found out from FedEx (that the package was returned saje) in the message. This time they replied that my message is now at the bottom of the queue because I submitted another message/inquiry about my package and now I'd have to wait up to 10 DAYS!! I'm starting to wonder if they will ever get back to me or if I'm just out $60? This is the most frustrating customer service I've ever received and I will NEVER buy from them again. I'm truly wondering if buying from them online is just a scam. I thought it was a trustworthy company but I'm now I'm left wondering if I've been ripped off. And yes I did double check to make sure I ordered from the legitimate saje company and I did. Ordered from saje.ca. Still on hold but I suspect I'm never getting through. I'll quit venting now. Horrible horrible horrible! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
