Update: Today is Oct 3 and they still haven't replied emails. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.I have been a loyal customer for years, but their products quality have been going downhill for awhile now. The effectiveness and smell are so different from the sample they showed you in the store. I bought the exact same products, and it's just not the same when I tried it in store.Also, the customer service is none existent, I sent in request and it says they will reply in 24-48 hours, it's been 4 days now, no one replies my request! Shop elsewhere if you can.
I'm a bit shocked at the other reviews - people are saying negative things about the brand because they (as the user) made errors. How is it the companies fault you can't read, or you don't follow a policy. Saje has a very easy to follow and fair return/exchange policy. They have various stores and online support options. I have several diffusers, a bunch of oils and facecare items, as well as household items. I don't always love a scent or an item, but I've never actually went in to return or exchange it - as I made the choice and my preference is not their fault - so I GIFT the item to a friend or offer it to someone else. This just seems like another place every other "karen" comes to complain when they make mistakes and can't accept the fact that they had to hear no.
Overall product is fine but value does not match price. The diffuser oil is not great, used for 1 hour and throwing in the garbage. I could not tell the key differences between there various diffuser models on the website, I am looking for something battery operated as where I would want it to run does not have an outlet nearby. I ended up buying one of their diffusers with a power adapter and just tried it out once, and then asked if by chance they had a battery model, maybe I could exchange it, pay any difference in price or shipping, etc. We never even got to the point of discussing an exchange because apparently once the product is opened, they won't accept it back. No clue why the policy exists or how it makes any sense for a customer who still wants to provide business but that's their stance. I am now left with a product I will not use, bad diffuser oil and still on the market for something else.
Horrible service. We made an order early December that was never received and we're now at the end of January with no action taken despite promises. We finally had to ask for a refund from our credit card company. I highly recommend not ordering products from this company.
Order the Om diffuser as a Christmas present. It worked twice and does not work anymore. I contacted Customer Service (via saje.com chat) and because the unit was used we can only receive a store credit. Customer Service was super easy to work with. The product appears to be inferior.
Absolutely horrible!! The worst customer service I've ever encountered in my entire life!! I spent $60 to order a Christmas gift for my Mom. I ordered it on Nov 29th. Long story short it never arrived. Phones FedEx and they told me saje had out too many labels on the package and it was returned to them. Have been calling for several days only to be on hold for so I had to hang up. I've now been on hold for 25 minutes and I hear someone picking up and just putting me on hold again. I've also messaged them twice. First I got a response saying they'd reply within 2 days (which they never did) so I messaged ago and included the new info I found out from FedEx (that the package was returned saje) in the message. This time they replied that my message is now at the bottom of the queue because I submitted another message/inquiry about my package and now I'd have to wait up to 10 DAYS!! I'm starting to wonder if they will ever get back to me or if I'm just out $60? This is the most frustrating customer service I've ever received and I will NEVER buy from them again. I'm truly wondering if buying from them online is just a scam. I thought it was a trustworthy company but I'm now I'm left wondering if I've been ripped off. And yes I did double check to make sure I ordered from the legitimate saje company and I did. Ordered from saje.ca. Still on hold but I suspect I'm never getting through. I'll quit venting now. Horrible horrible horrible! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
Saje changed their systems without letting customers know.They could not find my rewards account in the store even though I provided the rewards number, phone number and email. I had to call in to find out where my account was.I did get a response, however, the balance provided was not what I had when I last used my account.I have sent several emails asking for transaction history on my account and no one has bothered responding. They have cheated me out of points. There is no transparency, if there was, they would provide a history to their customers, especially when a customer requests one. Their lack of customer service is beyond horrible. They choose to ignore customers. I tried leaving a review on the Saje website, however, as expected, they have not posted it. They only post the glowing reviews which does not show an accurate picture of how the company runs its business as not everyone has a positive experience.I do not support a company like this. Just horrible.
This was my first order with Saje Natual Wellness. Very disappointing. I won't be purchasing from them again. Was super excited to receive my order. But that went out the door quick once received. I didn't receive my full order as stated. The scents are meeehhh, nothing to write home about. Save your money folks. When I tried to contact them about my missing products, I received a generic email back saying they wouldn't be able to reply to my concern for at least two weeks. Well it's be over 5 weeks now and no reply???? I reached out again and still noooooo response, crickets..... chirp, chirp, chirp. Very disappointed.
The company makes Peppermint Halo for $1.99 (heard the employees talking about it) and sells it at a $33.00. That is absolutely absurd. For a company that claims healing people is their main objective, that is criminal. I understand that you need to make a profit but given that they don't pay their people well, the money is simply going to the C-suite team. Plant Therapy is a much better brand with better ethics.
