I received a diffuser as a gift and after a short time, it stopped working properly. The diffuser would run for days and there was no scent and the water went down very slowly.I brought it into the Markville Mall (Markham) store where they looked at it and cleaned it and it worked again for a few weeks. Then the same issue happened.I brought it back to the store a second time and they essentially did the exact same thing and it worked again for a few weeks before having the same issue again…and when I cleaned it myself, using their special cleaner, it did not fix the issue.I brought it back into the store a THIRD time where I was asked to leave it for one week to be assessed. After 8 days I hadn’t heard anything so I went back to the store where I was told that they’d been busy and nobody had bothered to assess it yet. I was asked to leave it for another week.I did not find this acceptable as this was the THIRD time I’d brought it back and they’d already had it for 8 days and done nothing with it. I asked for a simple replacement. I was told no. I called customer service where I was also told they were unwilling to provide a replacement. BUYER BEWARE. If you purchase a diffuser on Amazon, they will replace it without question if it breaks. Don’t bother spending your hard earned money at Saje, where they clearly don’t value the customer experience.
