I have loved and used Saje products for years, but their customer service is absolutely horrible. I sent three emails and got one response asking me for an order number for a purchase made in store. When I asked who I am supposed to contact for in store purchases, they literally just never replied. So, I emailed again asking if anyone was there. Again, no reply. So... they don't care about a 15-year customer enough to even respond to an email and guide me in the right direction. And no, I did not say anything rude or harass-y. I just asked a question about a product I bought that ended up breaking open and being wasted.
