**** UPDATE ***This does appear to be an issue with the postal service. After reaching back out to Saker, they offered to send another harness right away. When I requested a refund instead due to my dog’s decline in health, they responded quickly and agreed to refund the payment. My initial review doesn’t reflect the great follow up Saker provided. While I can’t comment on the actual harness, customer service turned out to be exceptional. Original post:I placed an order for a dog harness, paying for priority shipping. I ordered on August. 14th, I still have not received the item and Saker says it is not their problem, that it is the problem of the postal service. At this rate, I may not receive the item within the return window. This is not acceptable customer service.
