Order promised delivery December 31st. Tracking number not found. Reported internet problem from transport company, theirs not mine. Requested action, was offered order cancellation or to wait for delivery for price reduction of goods. Opted in good faith for price reduction expecting action and information. No further info coming after more than a month of emails to customer service. This company has no customer service but they spend squillions on marketing and wild quality and performance claims of their products. Steer clear!!!!! Requested full refund and charge pull back through PayPal and reporting through their channels as well.
