Ordered this for my youngest son to be able to enjoy some gametime without it having to be a big gaming box (PlayStation, XBox, etc), on an "active" device, or online. He is enjoying all the gaming options & our older children have even found they like the variety & "going back in time" to some of the games of their childhood & even ours as parents.
Very disappointed with both the product and the customer service. The item does not work as expected and it leaks, making it completely unusable. It was honestly a waste of money.
What’s even more frustrating is the customer service. I have emailed multiple times and keep receiving the same generic response instead of a real solution. It feels like no one is actually reading my messages or addressing the issue.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Poor quality product and very poor customer care.
Ordered from this company a week ago. They lodged a tracking number, but it has not had any updates for the entire time, still stating the tracking has been lodged and postal service is waiting to receive the package for shipping.
Therefore, they have not sent the package.
My husband bought me and our son each a cup for Christmas. I have since purchased two more! I love that they come completely apart for cleaning. No mildew or gunk under the spout! I will be a lifetime customer!
Good product. The instructions are too small to read for me without a magnifying glass and do not cover all the functions of the camera in English and does not tell what the single red wire on the camera wiring for rear camera is for. Took a long time to receive it
I received my Sakerplus yesterday. It is just like they discribed, light weight, easy instructions. No oxygen or gas to mess with. Simple control for voltage adjustment. I tested mine out in my auto shop to weld my exhaust system and it did a wonderful job. I have recommended this to my friends already.
We purchased a solar powered Father Christmas light which arrived, as expected, a few day before Christmas.
The light never worked.
I sent a message to their customer support and got an immediate acknowledgement from them. After that they did absolutely nothing. I followed up several times and once again they acknowledged my complaint but did nothing.
It's now many weeks later and still no communication from Saker Plus so I have submitted a charge back from Amex which was actioned immediately.
Would I use Sakar Plus again? Probably not unless it was something we really wanted or needed.
I have purchased several products, at least 5 from Sakerplus for the holidays. Most were gifts. Everyone was very pleased with their gift. Sakerplus was easy to use, the variety was awesome. Payment plans made very easy and convenient. Most of all the products I purchased made my family happy. That of course is one very good reason to continue to shop with Sakerplus. Thanks for a job well done
Order promised delivery December 31st. Tracking number not found. Reported internet problem from transport company, theirs not mine. Requested action, was offered order cancellation or to wait for delivery for price reduction of goods. Opted in good faith for price reduction expecting action and information. No further info coming after more than a month of emails to customer service. This company has no customer service but they spend squillions on marketing and wild quality and performance claims of their products. Steer clear!!!!! Requested full refund and charge pull back through PayPal and reporting through their channels as well.
