Very disappointed with both the product and the customer service. The item does not work as expected and it leaks, making it completely unusable. It was honestly a waste of money.
What’s even more frustrating is the customer service. I have emailed multiple times and keep receiving the same generic response instead of a real solution. It feels like no one is actually reading my messages or addressing the issue.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Poor quality product and very poor customer care.
