I ordered Christmas lights on November 24, and after 10 days without an update, I canceled my order. They immediately emailed me to not cancel and offered a 10% discount, but I declined as it was too late for Christmas lights. I've followed up twice for cancellation updates, but no response! Now I've seen my order has shipped 10 days after I requested cancellation. I'll be responsible for returning it to China, which will be costly. My advice is to shop locally for Christmas lights. Avoid this company if you expect customer service.
