Waited an unreasonable amount of time for order and then when it arrived it was smashed and the company refuse to engage about a replacement a refund or anything. Been ignoring my emails and communications for months. Disgusting customer service! AVOID
I have ordered several items over the past couple of years and found the items very good.
It can take a little longer to arrive but with the price competitiveness it’s worth the slightly longer wait.
I purchased a handheld welder from Saker. It has been inoperational from day one. I have contacted the company several times to try to rectify the problem. All you get is an automated response, then ignored. A very dishonest company which sells poor quality Chinese made rubbish at a premium. Avoid them. They are basically scamming people
Really poor customer service. Please be warned and stay away from this company. I tried emailing on several occasions mostly without response and the time i got a response it was absolutely no help. I bought two of the boxing machines and wanted to cancel one of them but had no joy. Ordered to arrive for xmas but only just turned up a few days ago. Poor product and want a full refund now. Tried emailing on the email in these chats but no response yet.

This has been a complete letdown. I ordered two items; one, a Christmas light, barely functions, while the other, a plug-in game console with two controllers, is completely non-functional due to its poor quality. The delivery was promised within 12 working days, but it actually took four weeks. When I reached out for a refund via email, I only received the same unhelpful, generic response asking for additional details. I've wasted £50 on products that are useless. I strongly advise against buying from this platform.
This item is extremely compact and easy to store alongside my tools. I've used it to measure hole positions for drilling to install brackets for floating shelves. The laser lines simplify marking positions with great accuracy. Its small size allows for easy use in various locations. Definitely a worthwhile investment.
I placed an order on 2/1/26 for a steamer and paid £49.99, but I have yet to receive it. I've sent multiple emails to customer service, as well as messages through social media, but have received no response. There’s no contact number available for the company. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand.
Very disappointing experience; I placed an order on December 31st, and there has been no communication or email confirmation. I've emailed multiple times without receiving a response! I can only assume I've been scammed, which is especially upsetting given the current cost of living challenges for hardworking individuals.
I placed an order for a cordless pressure washer. When I reached out today, I was only able to speak with an automated assistant. The item has yet to be dispatched. I requested a refund, but there has been no response. I also sent an email, but received no reply. I'm quite unhappy, especially since it cost £59.99. I would advise against using this service. I plan to notify my bank. Very disappointing service.
I also fell victim to a scam. I ordered solar lights, but instead received a solar and magnetic screwdriver set, and they charged me for both. Despite explaining my issue 12 times since December 5th, I am still waiting for a refund. The only response I get is a generic instruction to include specific details in my follow-up. After numerous attempts, I am still left with nothing. This is incredibly frustrating.
