Ordered an item on November 23rd, 10 days later no dispatch email, contacted them to find out if it had been sent yet and no response. I have been chasing up every few days and just getting an automated email. No customer service assistance or communication at all. Will be asking for a chargeback under section 75 via my credit card company. Would suggest others do the same if your items do not arrive
