I've reached out multiple times via email and contact form. It's been 13 days since my order, and I haven’t received a tracking number or confirmation. The customer service is non-existent, and I feel like I've lost nearly £50. *Update*: I received an email that went to spam apologizing and offering a 10% refund if I didn't cancel. I accepted but still want to know if it has been dispatched and tracking info. I ordered Christmas lights, but at this rate, they will be for next year. Update on December 15: Thank you for sending the email and tracking info. I understand it's a busy time. My main concern was not receiving a receipt or tracking info, which made me feel scammed. The product is now in transit, and I appreciate the generous refund offer. If I enjoy the product, I may consider buying more, but I will plan ahead next time. I'm adjusting my stars out of goodwill.
