Disappointed with the service. I ordered two items on the 4th and 8th of December. The payment was processed, and I received a receipt. However, there has been no update on shipping. I reached out via email and received apologies and excuses, but there's still no information on when the items will be sent. This means no Christmas gifts for my grandchild, even though the payment has been taken. I understand that demand can exceed expectations, but customers should be informed of this before payments are processed. If a purchase is confirmed with a promised shipping timeframe, that timeframe should be respected. Extremely unsatisfactory service.
