I ordered a dance mat at the beginning of December for £61, and the payment was deducted from my account by this company. However, I received no order confirmation or tracking information, making it difficult to locate my item. I do have the receipt showing the payment was taken.
I've reached out via email five times and only received one response apologizing for the delay, which was on December 6th.
I still haven't received the gift, there's been no further communication, and I'm out £61, which is a significant amount for me. I'm extremely frustrated that no one from the support team is bothering to get in touch. I will be pursuing this matter legally. Stay away!
