Extremely disappointing. I ordered what I believed to be two boxing units with a music upgrade. However, I was charged for three units and have yet to receive any items. My order was placed on December 8th, and I haven't received anything. I've sent multiple emails but have received no response. I've also initiated a payment dispute with the payment portal. The communication options are confusing and hard to navigate.
